1. Scope
VendOS is proprietary software developed by and for 27 Grand LLC, a Kansas limited liability company doing business as 27 Grand Vending ("the Company") to operate its own vending machine business, including inventory management, sales reporting, sales tax reporting, and integration with the Company's own QuickBooks Online account. It is a private, internal application: the only authorized users are the Company's owner and personnel the Company explicitly authorizes.
2. License
Authorized users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use VendOS solely for the Company's business operations. No rights are granted to copy, distribute, sublicense, resell, or make the software available to any third party.
3. Third-party services
VendOS interoperates with third-party services used by the Company, including QuickBooks Online (an Intuit Inc. service). Use of QuickBooks through VendOS is additionally governed by Intuit's own terms of service. VendOS accesses only the Company's own QuickBooks company file, under the QuickBooks Online Accounting scope, via authorization the Company grants and may revoke at any time.
4. Data
All data processed by VendOS is the Company's own business data. Handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
VendOS is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Figures produced by VendOS (including tax reports) are operational aids; filed tax returns remain the responsibility of the Company and its accountant.
6. Termination & governing law
The Company may suspend or terminate any user's access at any time. Sections 4–5 survive termination. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
